I'm gonna have to guess male. The slit between the top two book lungs is straight and not very pronounced, and the book lungs sit overall pretty horizontally (they don't really angle out).
Compare it to your Mature Male specimen, as if I’m not mistaken, Cyriopagopus sp. (formerly Haplopelma) males mature much smaller and are more leggy than females. If this specimen is bigger and appears more stocky than the MM, it’s probably female
