I've had this girl for years - since she was a tiny spiderling - and I have only managed to photograph her twice. She is one of the most reclusive of all the dwarfs I've kept. She is also one of the largest.
She was sold in Canada as Cyriocosmus bertae, but is likely Cyriocosmus aueri.
Keep the same as Cyriocosmus elegans. If yours is a spiderling, they are very tiny. Holes in vials should be made with a needle or thumbtack. Keep damp as spiderlings. Feed dead prey. I still keep all my Cyriocosmus a bit more damp as adults, even. I usually overflow their water dish to soak the lower substrate while keeping the top dry.
