1" is gonna be too small to get an accurate guess IMO. Vent-sexing is already dubious at best, let alone with such a small specimen. These guys grow fast though, you're better off waiting and trying again after a few molts.
I'm an idiot and saw the P. in the genus name and just assumed it was Poecilotheria, not an OBT. Whoops.
Ignore that first post, this one may be substantially more useful since it's actually the right genus this time.

I have 8 that I raised from that size 6 being female, 2 being male and at that size all looked identical. Even now at 3.5-4" you almost cannot tell a difference at all between them ventrally. The males resemble females alot at least mine do..
Just checked this for the first time since the first reply and wow! Thanks for all of the info I wish these guys were like my L. nigerrimum where after a couple molts you can tell if its male or female
