I agree with @lostbrane It also looks male to me.

I can't tell clearly from the picture and the tarantula is still very small.I have a female P Ornata I've had for 6yrs that I raised from a sling and she was a little bit bigger than yours before I could clearly tell she was female.Wait another molt or 2.
