Seconding juvenile black widow, but I'm not confident saying L. hesperus or L. mactans specifically from this photo alone.

What about the fact that this is in Arizona most likely?

@NYAN I just double-checked bugguide's range info, and I see that L. mactans is limited to Texas and East. My mistake, I thought they were found a fair shake further west. Should have double-checked earlier.

Yes, L. hesperus.

I double checked another photo and it has a yellow shape on it's underside. I'll post it.

Yup. That’s what happens as juveniles. After 2-3 more molts it’ll turn orange, and then red.

@NYAN any ideas of safe ways to move it? It's right next to a bus stop, but there's an alley somewhat nearby I can put it.

You can use a catch cup and a stick to capture it. I would honestly just grab it with my hands though. They are harmless at this age.

I think it's most likely a young Latrodectus geometricus, but I can't rule out L. hesperus from this image.
