@Ungoliant Yeah that's why we call her cali, short for chalcodes. We do that with pretty much all of our tarantulas, with the exception of ninja and jennycolada. ninja is a nhandu chromatus, my daughter named it ninja because it pops out of it's hide and thwacks prey like a ninja. Jennycolada is an acanthoscurria geniculata and we just thought jennycolada was funny, so the name stuck.
@s0n1cs3v3n The reason I ask is that I try to tag all images (and change titles from the default camera/phone title) so that the search function works better.
I won't always remember all of the pet names dozens of users give their spiders, so if you could always mention the species in the title, description, or comments, it would be extremely helpful to me.
