Holconia Immanis
This juvenile banded huntsman has taken up residence in amongst my heated cricket breeding tubs for the winter and I bet he catches a few escapees too!
Lovely, I have one that I got as a sling. their bands are so beautiful.

Few years back I lifted some bark off a tree and found one with eyes as big as a needle pinhead. Didn't hang around quick enough to guess the DLS as I didn't fancy spiders as much back then :p Unfortunately these are the only spiders I'm forbidden from keeping

Haha nice one @RezonantVoid, they get a mean legspan for sure. This one cracks me up, I imagine it just drooling over the cricket tubs, it looks well fed and I know an occasional cricket gets out too. It gets underneath the tubs where the heat cord is, clever little fellow.

Yea lol they know where the hotspots are for sure. I have like 20 Cryptachaea Gigantipes under my spiders shelves and it's like the maze runner cricket edition, there's all these crazy triplines between the carpet and bottom of the shelves. They always deposit the escaped cricket remains in the same spots so its super easy to clean up after them too
