On top of the T being pretty small to try vent-sexing (Psalmos are pretty difficult/deceptive until ~2"), the lighting isn't good enough to see what's important. If you can get one with head-on lighting, you'd have a better shot at getting a decent idea of the sex.

I'd recommend letting the sling molt a couple times and trying again though - my P. irminia looked male to me around this size too, and she ended up being a molt-confirmed female by 3".
