Oh dear. I have a sling of this species and it is perhaps the tiniest one I have seen. Information is somewhat scarce so I was unaware of the slow growing speed. Looks like I'll have it for a long time.
@Serpyderpy Yeah, kind of hard to dig up a whole lot of info about this species. But they are indeed slow growing, so I hope you're up for the wait - I'm impatient so I snapped up the opportunity to buy this female as a sexed juvie.
On the bright side, it looks like they start showing adult colors relatively early.
I have quite a few smaller slings and it's quite fun to watch them grow so I'm sure this one will be no different. I do mean it when I say it is tiny though, like a speck. I'll try and upload a picture of it because it's pretty cute. Fast little thing, too.
@Serpyderpy itty bitty slings are always adorable. My girl is a little skittish too, but not very prone to bolting. I'd even go as far to say that she's a bit inquisitive sometimes.
been on my list, then I hear the slow growing part and I keep backing out at opportunities to acquire lol I hear they're dwarfs then read they get to 4"? what's size on this one?
