Mushroom in P. metallica enclosure

This was actually growing attached to one stray leg from a molt. Strange how little nutrients it took to grow this. Guessing spores where from cork or moss or coconut fiber.
These things are so annoying. Is this one the type that blankets all the substrate underneath it in "white spray paint"? It took me 2 days to scrub the spores out of my Rubiseta's water dish and it literally grew in about 5 hours

@RezonantVoid if its beneath the substrate the white spray paint is actually the mycelium growth. The "roots" of mushrooms for lack of an easier way to put it. Or could be new spores if the cap had already opened and the white spray paint is atop the substrate.

@WebBrowser yea I'm talking the top of the sub, the ones I get drop a fine film of spores all over the surface to the point that you cannot see the brown substrate colour at all, just a blanket of white in a 50mm radius around the mushroom
