I don't know whether or not it is big enough (or in good enough a condition) to be used, nor do I know if the pic is any good but thought I'd give it a shot.

It's definitely big enough to sex, but the picture quality just isn't there. I think I see a flap, but I wouldn't gamble any amount of money on it. If you still have the molt, try taking another picture.
 
@EulersK I have taken another picture, this time rotated and slightly closer. I don't know if it will be any good as this is the first time I've tried to have a molt sexed. From my view, I can't seem to see any sort of flap where one would be for a female... but again I haven't ever done this before :)
