You don't get the tibial hooks or boxing gloves until the tarantula is a mature male, which will be the final molt and last few months to years of his life.

Looks girly to me though so I don't think you'll need to worry about that.

Is this the same individual as the other photo? You always need to include the size.
This looks female to me.
