One thing that bothers me at work is I sometimes find the most incredible, iridescent beetle wings lying around the jobsites but never the live beetles! Hopefully one day I'll get to see one
@RezonantVoid Yes he was rather stunning. I let him be in the hopes to see more in the future.
Sometimes I will hang up a white sheet with a uvb bulb or black light shining on it overnight. The next day It will be filled with insects you have never seen before.
aww that made me sad at first but then I thought of the bee that flew into my hair today. I jumped off bike and began shaking and thrashing my head in all directions trying to get it out. I would have preferred to see that one not flying at all. There must have been about 8 dudes fishing near by thinking I was insane... haha
