Cyriopagopus lividus [ventral sexing]
Hey! Not sure if this is a male or female. The pedipalps look slightly clubbed, but I cant quite tell. Theres also the ventral way to tell but Im really torn as to if its male or female
Ehh you got molt or a better view of pediaplalps. You can visibility see the epigastric furrow on female specimens over 3.5-4”. ,for your future reference!!
Probably a male if boxing glove pedipalps!!!
Great pic :depressed::happy:

@PeterPann Which species of Cyriopagopus is this?

This is not a mature male, but the sex cannot be determined from this image. (The palps of juvenile males don't look different from those of females, but when males mature, the palps look really different.)

Thanks! Im just being a little impatient. I need it to go ahead and molt so I can know lol. Hopefully I'll be able to grab it without the t freaking tf out on me. I think we're in premolt though as its webbed off the entrance to its burrow. Hopefully I'll get to know soon!
