I see red fangs, may be too soon after a moult to tell for sure, but I'm leaning male. Try another photo in a week or two, and the 'dot' should be more clear by then -- this mark can be harder to see shortly after a moult, which is why I mentioned the fangs.

Freshly molted, so harder to spot male patch, but it does look male.
