Not the best picture. Hard to see the proper area that I'd need to see, but from this I'd say male. Every time I try to help with vent sexing, I make sure to include that Vent sexing is never 100% no matter how confident one seems. Vent sexing is just good to help temper expectations. If signs point to it being a male through ventral sexing then you expect it to turn out to be a male. Then if it molts and turns out to be a female then it's a pleasant surprise! If I post a picture asking for ventral sexing and the majority think male, I expect it to turn out to be a male so that I'm not disappointed when I check the molt and it confirms that.
