1. Seperate the slings and put them into a larger container (this about 30% of the slings, the rest haven't emerged yet)

2. Leave them overnight to make their own new burrows

3. Shake a bunch of pinheads in and which the substrate come alive
 
You might even be able to keep these communally considering the fact that they live in little holes all day long!
 
@mantisfan101 yea I keep all the slings in a large container together. It's important to seperate them from the mother when the first ones come out because otherwise they will eat any slings that venture outside later than them
 
As for communal adult housing, you're better off introducing the slings into a large setup and letting them grow. They will kill each if you try it as adults
