That's morphotype 6, formerly known as A. metallica. It's the only Avic locality in the hobby that looks just like that. I saw tons at vendor shows last year, all WC in my opinion.
@viper69 I'm gonna load a more recent pic but it is just after a molt and this pic looks like it has a slightly more red look. Also this is a huge confirmed multiple times female
