It only took six individuals for me to finally get one female.
Ouch at those odds. Hopefully mine aren't as bad as yours - I really like my sellatus and hope it's female lol.

Don't worry, my ratio is similar to a specific genus:shifty: (Poecilotheria Genus... COUGH COUGH). While six specimens is a lot of course. I got past 7, then I gave up and just payed extra for a female. But congrats on the six! :D:cool:
 
@Liquifin I have done the exact same thing - after four males of Homoeomma chilensis, I finally found a female and snatched her up. I have no problem paying for a female, and skipping having multiple mature males around with no mature females, but that is not always possible. Finding confirmed females of Cyriocosmus in Canada is almost impossible.
