When species are not yet scientifically described (that is, they don't have an official Latin species name) they are often given informal names in the hobby based on where they were collected/where they're from. There's a Pamphobeteus sp. "Machala," for example, that is not scientifically described but is the the genus Pamphobeteus and was collected near the Ecuadorean city of Machala. Pamphobeteus sp. "cascada" is also not scientifically described yet and must be from some locality near a waterfall or maybe a town named Cascada.
Pamphobeteus sp. 'Cascada' was collected near a waterfall. Love this species, quite feisty, find the hairs a bit more irritating than other Pamphos. Pro tip: all of the typical 'Christmas tree' patterned Pamphobeteus are from Ecuador.
