It appears to be a Guatamala Red Rump (Brachypelma angustum), they are quite common in the pet trade as they are quite beautiful, but they are very often mislabeled

Now that i look at it more closely i don't think it is B. angustum it legs are much too hairy to be B. angustum

It's legs do look quite hairy it may be a Nhandu carapoensis, check this website for a comparison pic
