Sold to me as a female B vagans, looked nothing like the photo I was given prior to purchase, I questioned whether it was the same spider but was assured it was a B vagans. I’m a novice so I accepted this. Discovered today it’s a male. Now wondering if it is indeed a vagans. Please help :)
Looking at those back legs (and all of them), it looks kind of fuzzy like a B. albopilosum. Don't take my word for it, but it looks kind of like a hybrid.
This is not a pure B. vagans, and I'd definitely mark it as a hybird if it was sold that way... unfortunately it sounds like the seller here had no idea what they were talking about.
