It doesn't look quite like my sling did at this size, but I'd be hesitant to identify it as a sling. It's definitely a NW terrestrial of some kind; after it molts a few times, it should be more obvious.
It looks as if there is some faint white banding on the legs, but that is the best than anyone can really do at this point. Being 100% correct on a spiderling identification is just not possible. You need to wait until they are larger to get a better idea.
If you got them from a reputable seller, then they should be what you paid for. Yes, mistakes can be made, but they are not really that common. If you don't trust what was sold to you, maybe find a different supplier.
