She is a rather large specimen for any theraphosid and has chelicerae/fangs that are massive in proportion compared to her much smaller relatives. She has the full potential to take down prey as large as her size and has been known to consume amphibians, reptiles, and small mammals(mice) in the wild, although this can be easily duplicated in captivity with appropriately sized feeders
