RIP gecko
@Venom1080 If the point was the spider getting a "nice big meal" he could have tossed in 5 dubias instead of a gecko and had so much less hassle with cleanup and potential parasites so yes, pointless
 
@Luka98 meh, dubia are illegal in Canada. I don't have any.

It really doesn't matter at all. That spider is easily capable of taking down that gecko.

If you're just sad about a vertebrate being eaten by a spider, stop responding. I really don't care how sad you feel about something like that.
 
@Venom1080 I'm not sad about it i've fed many snakes, it's just pointless and nobody mentioned Canada. The cleanup needs to be thorough and demands potential rehousing of a Poecilotheria sp which is a pain for anybody. If you replied just to prove how hard you are please stop responding.
 
@kevinlowl vertebrate remains are a nesting ground for bacteria and smell really bad, sure it may be all good but taking the risk is just pointless imo
