Is this a true spider or tarantula? Name of it please.......very cool looking....want to know more about it please.

It is not a spider. It's some beetle. Maybe Carabidae

It's a Asbolus verrucosus, otherwise known as the blue death feigning beetle. Cool little bugs!

Love the butt.

@BCspiderman7 Blue Death Feigning Beetle, the one in the picture is my big female...they make great pets, amusing, hardy and long lived.
