Freshly molted Leucauge sp. Silver orb weaver

Nice and shiny
I have a colony of Leucauge living in my backyard, I can't remember the species though. I had no idea they were so widespread.
 
@Greasylake they are all over the east coast of Australia, not sure about over west. On Spidentify i think it states that it is currently unknown just how many species of Leucauge are present, but that they are here. They've been around here as long as Ive been alive
 
@Greasylake i reckon! On any normal working day I'd say I get at least 5 slings of them landing on me from ballooning. At least they make good Portia Spider food if you don't want to use native species
