E murinus
How big is it? i definitely see something there. if it is a sizable specimen i would say male accessory organs but if it is small perhaps they are developing spermanthicae. I think i might see the uterus exturnus as well (the flap) So i am going to guess female

Note: sexing is definitely not my strongest skill set.
