My vote's on male. As far as I'm aware, significant dark, dense patch of hairs between the upper booklungs always means male (that's the epiandrous fusillae). I'm also taking into consideration the angle and space between the upper booklungs. But I don't have experience with OWs, so I admit there could be a weird anatomical difference I'm unaware of
Yeah I thought it looked like a male. The original picture is alot clearer but of course the site resizes it. Maybe next time it molts it will be easier to tell. Thanks guys.
@MychajloThis article is what truly helped me understand it. I admit it took quite a few read throughs for it to finally click, but I honestly don't think I would have ever understood it without going over that article, looking at their diagrams, and then finally exploring the gallery on here to test myself
