Pink toes are arboreal. Why do you have all this very wet substrate in there?
It needs: Less substrate, only slightly moist for a sling. Longer cork bark and fake leaves to make it's web-home in.
@boina All ready ahead of you...I re-did this enclosure a few weeks ago. Removed everything and started fresh. Less substrate (semi-dry substrate), a nice longer cork bark with fake leaves hot glued to it. The little T has been webbing up it's home ever since.
