B. hamorii accessory organ?

Quite unsure what I’m looking at in this tiny B hamorii molt. Look at that odd little protrusion with a dark tip.
Now better looking at it with the scope, it does protrude, and ignoring the dark bit the general shape matches spermatheca for this species.
 
I've been informed that accessory organs only ever appear in pairs, so this is indeed a female.
