can someone tell me if this guy is mature and how long does it take for him to make a sperm web. (im new into the hobby so i dont know a lot of things, thanks)
Yep, MM. You can tell because of the red bulb-like protrusions on the end of his pedipalps. Those can only be found on a MM, as it is the male sex organ of a tarantula. When he starts making sperm webs, he'll load those with his sperm and use them to impregnate the female. You can also generally tell by a dorsal view with Poecilotheria. Males of the genus lose most of their patterning and become very drab with maturity.
