I don't know if this is a good enough picture to even use, but it's the first time I could even get my hands on a molt from this one, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
I'm gonna assume this is between the first set of book lungs, if so I think I can see 2 little dark nubs meaning this is a female. I would wait for more experienced users to comment though
