In my experience, male Chilobrachys have a very obvious epiandrous fusillae dot.
So yes, I agree with female

Nice. i noticed that dot on my sp. vietnam blue (Looked just like the dot on my P. metalica) so i guessed male on it, but i wasn't sure if that identifier was genus wide. Good to know it is, especially since since i doubt i will ever get a decent exuvia from them.
