It looks female, but the resolution is so low that I can't be sure.

Alas, this seems the best that I can get from my iPhone.

Thank you all for the input and I hope you’re right. I would have thought that I would see a “flap” by this size but this area appears completely smooth to me.

After looking over P. cambridgei molt photos others have posted and taking another look at the molt itself, I think I do see the indications of it being female! Thank you again!
