I found it crawling over the rocks not far from the forest edge in Ecuador. The hue of the legs changes from brown to purple depending on light intensity and angle.
Thanks! These Pamps are common in the area I work in. I've seen about 3 or 4 just like this one in the past 2 months. The one in the picture is now my pet, it now has its own terrarium.
