Its not Xenesthis.

It looks to be an Ecuadorian Pamphobeteus species.

99.99999% Pamphobeteus sp.
"Maybe" female due to dark brown femurs at the size...maybe.

@Jacob Thibodaux I say female because male pamphos have crazy purples and pinks, I think what you have is a P. sp platyomma. You should look into getting some Pamphos, there super cool

I agree that it is most likely a female. But IDing an Ecuadorian Pamph from a photo is badicaly impossible.
