I found this spider in the basement bathroom a few months ago and thought it was a Steatoda grossa. Now I am thinking maybe Callobius severus. I don't think it is a woodlouse (Dysdera crocata). What do you all think it is? Is now twice as big as when I rescued it and eats well.
@NYAN When I looked at pictures of Dysdera crocata on the internet, none of them looked like this one. It also is acting like a trap door spider by staying under the substrate and has several different entrances to it's borrow.
Dysdera crocata tend to be orange or red in color with a cream colored abdomen and they have large chelicerae. I honestly can’t tell the color but the body shape reminds me of them.
