@Beedrill no clue. I'm guessing orb weaver (Araneidae) based on the look of the sac and the eye arrangement on the sling, but I can't be sure.
 
Update: after quite a bit of research, I'm putting my money on Araneus bicentarius. We'll see if I end up being right (there's no way to be sure with slings), but the weird marking on the abdomen makes me think that might be it.
 
@JoP You could try to raise one to find out. Until then, it's just a guess. (A lot of orbweaver slings look similar.)
 
@Ungoliant That's the plan. I'm going to keep one or two just to figure out what they are, and then release the rest. It's more curiosity than anything.
