Yup I have 2 of these, Ive seen them labled everything from H. minax-Criopagopus paganus... These are being called Haplopelma "vietnam sp." (Vietnamese Black, Black velvet, Vietnamese Bird eaters etc..)
This is a Haplopema Von Wirthi (member of the "Minax group"). This one looks like it will molt soon, they look all brown and dirty when they get close to a molt and they're nice and black and grey when freshly molted. These are also extremely nasty in their defensiveness. I have one that actually tried to climb out of its enclosure after me.
