I personally am not seeing the spermathecae, which would mean it's male.
This is my adult female. Do you see any flaps on yours resembling the two in my picture? Keep in mind that since yours is much smaller than my girl's molt, the spermathecae likely won't be as long or as dark, but there would be something at least similar there.
