For the place i live, i thinked its a G. Iheringi in desperate need of a molt, but the body form is a little different from the other iheringi i have...

i was thinking of a female Brachypelma albopiosum. the Carapace, opisthosoma and setae coloration fit the profile

Haha, I dont want to sound blunt, but Brachypelma DO NOT have the patch of urticating hairs on the opisthosoma which is clearly seen here.

You have a Grammostola ssp. But not sure on the species. Beautiful specimen however.

Could be a Pulchra :drool: lol. I know it isn't one.

My best bet is a Grammostola Grossa

i was aware of that austin. that patch is there because of hair flicking. it's a juvenile but i think that the coloration (not that frikkin patch ) and build fit and also the way the black fades from the patella onwards. maybe grammostola is possible but i think for grammostola, it would be G formosa
