Haplocosmia himalayana

H himalayana Holding on her sac
Hi,
Can you tell me the best way to remove the eggsac?! And the best way to keep it until the newborns hatch? Leave the eggsac with her it's not an option for me... Unfortunately... Thank you!

@SaraFuret I haven't remove the sac to the mom yet. But if you'd like to remove sac. Keep the sac unopen for let's say 25 days. And temperature is the key. Around 75-80s is perfect ,the higher the better. Hope the best for you :)

Bad news...
I arrived today at work and the eggsac was out of the nest, empty and covered with ants!
Don't know if it was a "false eggsac" (is it possible?), or if the ants ate yhe eggs...
:(

@SaraFuret ohhh I'm so sorry to hear that. Maybe it could be a bad sac. That's part of breeding I guess? Sometimes successful, sometimes it may fail. Good thing is there's always something new, and exciting keeping ts. Never give up breeding lol

Taking care of 46 different species of tarantulas has been a challenge for me, very exciting each day!
I have seen molts in 3 hours during the day (C. guangxiensis), it was very cool to watch!
B. vagans scared me once during feeding, almost escapes the terrarium!

I'm new at this... first time I handled a tarantula was 4 months ago...
But I'm loving it!
