I'm pretty sure its hysterocrates. not sure about what species. so pls help id. thanks
I would say that you are correct in thinking it is a Hysterocrates species. Its hard to tell which one though.

i do admit that this is slighty challenging. it could also be a Hysterocrates Hercules. this is difficult because both species can come in a morph like this. i think that it is an H gigas but a good idea is to see what colour the tarantula becomes premolt and postmolt. premolt, it gradually picks up a tawny red, maroon colour (hence the name). postmolt, it's black. this information should prove useful to you.

H.Hercules has NEVER been available in the hobby. There has been a few threads on this. They have never been available in the hobby so it is definitly not H.Hercules.

i might even bye one to prove you wrong. it might be a waste of money but i think you get my point. don't be close minded and do not make quick judgments without research :p

I'dlove to see a picture of one of your "hercules". Not judging, but the only specimen known in the HISTORY of this hobby is preserved in a museum in a jar of alcohol. It is a war zone in this species habitat. So, I believe no one will risk their life for this spider.

H. hercules LACKS the swollen back legs, which is clearly present in this picture, and every picture I have seen where people claim to have hercules.
