My G.Rosea has gone from pink to silver

So I just took a photo of my G.Rosea (pink form) eating a worm and look what happened....it turned silver!

I guess that is what happens when you use a flash LOL

By the way......Can using the flash when taking photos make the spiders blind? Hopefully it doesn't harm them.
@BCspiderman7 stress can cause a t. to refuse food. Stress cab also force a molt to occur, but i dont recommend stressing your t. out. It could be very harmful to it.

It can if its really bright and its not prepared for the flash lol just use a flashlight thats not super bright and a camera or your phone.

@BCspiderman7 let me put it this way, tarantulas are nocturnal, therefore they do not like light. Keep biology in consideration if you think something could possibly stress your t out. Especially for rosies since they are known for bein moody lol

@BCspiderman7 I was just joking.

I periodically take pictures of my tarantulas with the flash. They may sometimes react to the bright light, but it doesn't seem to have harmed them or affected their appetite.
