T blondi l2->l3 female?
that's definitely a female (good pic btw) btw isn't spermthacae in tarantulas also known as an epigastric furrow, because that's what i learnted

the epigastric furrow area is what you will see in the epiandronus fusillae sexing section and can be seen without the tarantula having to molt.
