0.1 Neoholothele fasciaaurinigra, sometimes called The Bumble Bee

I waited years to obtain this species ever since I saw it on Rick West's site.
@BobBarley Yes, like all Ts their color varies due to the natural iridescence of their setae. In fact, her abdomen is typically brighter gold and deeper black with a greater contrast between the bands. She's getting close to molting.

@BobBarley They are very hard to come by. I'd get a couple now, while you still can. The care is similar to the incei, however EVERY person I have contacted in North America, including experienced T breeders have all reported they are more delicate than incei. Oddly, not one person has been able to identify what's "missing" in the husbandry to keep them going. I'm only aware of 1 person who has bred them successfully in N. America.

@viper69 I would LOVE to get one, however, I have been strictly restricted to only trades. :( Ill try to offer trades to people offering the species, but I'm not holding my breath.

That's very interesting regarding care! I sincerely hope everyone can figure out what's off, and hopefully, one day, this species will be as established as incei. :)

@viper69 Also, I am not very confident in my own ability to keep this species (especially a sling) alive, when even experienced breeders have reported them to be delicate...
