New tank.

New tank.

Now I just gotta find an inhabitant. Im gonna be looking for a burrowing species at the upcoming show.
Nice setup, i would not go burrower tho as you'd need to raise the sub alot but a terestrial would do nicely!!!

@Abyss The goal would be for it to burrow behind the log where I raised the sub to around 5 inches. (Ive already pre made a burrow entrance but you know how that goes:D) Unless I can find a small species of tarantula that catches my eye this tank will only house a juvie/subadult. Being that its only 3 gallons.

I think I will add more sub though. I don't like all the empty space at the top. And I might go with a Neoholothele incei. I like the fact that they web a lot and stay on the smaller side.

@Chapat Its the ZooMed insect enclosure that Petsmart sells. I took the wire screen out of the lid and cut a piece of acrylic to fit it. Then drilled holes for ventilation.

wow that looks nice and deep ! You could get loads of sub in there *ahem* gigas *ahem* ;)

How large exactly though?

Keep me updated. I could then pass the info on :troll:

ooooooh thats large. Get a communal H. gabonensis set up :D
