Emperor or Asian Forest?

Any way you could get a clear pic of the claws? If it's covered in lots of little bumps (granules), it's Pandinus sp. If the claws have some granules but are not covered in them, it's Heterometrus sp. Just going by the slenderness of the claws, I'd guess Heterometrus.
 
I'm with Bob Barley on this. Very slender claws makes me think this is NOT a P. imperator.
 
WOW that's a pretty scorp! I'm not really a fan of blacker scorps but dang, that one is so shiny and gorgeous! The Heterometrus at my local Pet Smart just looks so dull in comparison
