my friend brought as blue bird eater, its about 4 cm

i think its a Grammostola auristriata maybe hard to tell wait tell it molts

i posted some the same image on the venom list & i thought it was a Homoeomma sp "blue"? 2 more pepole said that would have been there #1 choice 2, thanks for your reply!!

Mirror patch on the back of the abdomen is pretty diagnostic of the Grammostola. I'd go with G. aureostriata, but it needs to molt again so there's some clarity to the markings.
